Damage and Problems
Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was sent, please contact us immediately so we can assess and resolve the issue.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges
The best way to ensure you receive your desired items as quickly as possible is to return the item first, and then purchase a new item separately once the return is accepted.
EU 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods were shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel your order or return the item within 14 days without giving a reason. As mentioned above, your returned item must be in its original condition, unworn or used, with all tags intact, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you whether your refund has been approved after receiving and inspecting your returned item. If approved, the refund will be returned to your original payment account within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company also needs time to process and credit your refund.
